Legionnaire Steelpetal was a costume cosmetic skin in a pre-order pack.[2]
Legionnaire candidates who have successfully completed the trials receive a set of ceremonial Steelpetal Armor to wear while attending official Legion functions. This armor is made of durable petals taken from floral monstrosities called Thariblooms. These giant, brightly colored flowers, though harmless in appearance, have dangerous knife-edged petals that can cut through armor and shatter weapons with the exception of their most magically powerful variants. There is no finer scale mail in all of Verra than this regal, nigh invulnerable armor. Ironically, in accordance with Legion tradition, it was never intended to be worn in actual battle.[2]
