Story arcs can be unlocked through the bulletin board [1]. Certain requirements would need to be met in order to access story arc quests.
- Mayor needs a certain amount of resources.
- Certain buildings need to exist within a node.
- Certain quantity of social organization tasks need to be completed.
Sponsorship
Players can sponsor quests on the bulletin board [2].
