Cleric casting Divine Infusion to instantly complete a cast of Judgment using accumulated Divine Power.[1]
When you heal it gives you some generation of this resource, then it rewards you the actual resource over time. So you can see it filling in your bar.[2] – Tradd Thompson

- Consume Divine Power to instantly complete the remaining cast time of any healing spell currently being cast. The amount of Divine Power consumed is proportional to the amount of cast time remaining upon activation.[3][4][5][6]
